I am a Philadelphia-based Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with individuals who experience anxiety, chronic stress, depression, substance abuse, and many other challenges that life throws at us.
Along with conducting therapy, I enjoy working as a sport psychology consultant and an adjunct faculty member in the undergraduate psychology department at Penn State Brandywine.
