What We Do
Video conferences are done through Facetime or Skype, and are available for individuals who are unable to make it into the office.
In a private counseling session, we work together to reach your goals for treatment. You will learn how to cope with daily stress, decrease overwhelming feelings of anxiety, and manage your hectic life.
Workshops are available for sports teams, parents, or other groups. Work shops include Time Management for Adolescents, Helping Your Anxious Teen, and The Benefits of Implementing a Sport Psychology Program
